She read smoothly and fluently and demonstrated her understanding by not only using expression and intonation correctly when reading, but also translating without hesitation when asked, into Hindi. Some of the older children demonstrated that they could translate their Hindu reading books into English. Brett has high expectations of, and huge ambitions for these children.
